NEWS REPORT
The Inaugural function of the Association of Mechanical Engineering Department
of M.P.Nachimuthu M.Jaganathan Engineering College for the academic year 2015-16
was held on 16.07.2015.
The Correspondent Bharat Vidhya Siromani Dr. Vasantha Sudhanandhen
presided over the function. The Chief Guest of the function was Mr.S.Sathivel, Manager,
INDOSHELL CAST LIMITED,Malumachampatti,Coimbatore.
The Principal Dr. S. Shanmugasundaram offered felicitation.
The Correspondent in her presidential address they insisted the emerging
engineers to enthusiastically participate in all the association activities and improve their
multi talents.
The Chief Guest in his special address they spoke on various job offerings for
Mechanical Engineers and also insisted the students to develop all the soft skills needed
to get better career opportunities.
Earlier, the office bearers were introduced by Prof.K.P.Vetrivel, Head of the
department of Mechanical Engineering and the list of activities to be carried out in this
year was presented by the Prof.S.Anandharaj, Association-coordinator.
Around 300 students and staff members attended this inaugural function. The
arrangements of the function were made by the staff and students of Mechanical
Engineering Department.
