2nd Workshop on

Bioinformatics and Stringology

(BioS 2015)
The Workshop on Bioinformatics and Stringology 2015 (BioS 2015) aims at
providing a forum of researchers, practitioners, developers, and users to exchange
new ideas and results related to bioinformatics and stringology across academia,
industry and government in Bangladesh. BioS 2015 will be held on November 3rd,
2015 at the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, Bangladesh
University of Engineering and Technology. BioS 2015 is organized under the
International Strategic Partnerships in Research and Education (INSPIRE) project,
funded by the British Council. The project is titled Advances in Algorithms for Next
Generation Biological Sequences. This workshop features invited talks by reputed
researchers, graduate research forums, poster sessions.

Call for Poster

The workshop welcomes posters on novel research ideas or results
related to the recent advancements in algorithms, computational
molecular biology and bioinformatics.

Poster Submission Deadline: October 27, 2015
Poster Acceptance Notification: October 31, 2015
Workshop: November 3, 2015
