    coveringtheworld,createdbythewar.Thedesignoftheformistobeundefinedbyone
    literallymeaning.Itmaybediscoveredinmanywaysbyeachandeveryindividualviewer.
    Followingthedesignprocess,wehaveagreedtoleavemostofthesiteasanopenpublic
    space,sowemovedsomepartofanexhibitionunderground.Enteringthesubterraneanlevels
