Programme Content
The 2-Year Management Trainee (MT) Programme is a core part of our vision
to develop high-potential talents along a path of general management. If you
are determined to master management skills and pave your successful
career in airline industry, you will be the right person for us.

Features
Job Rotation
Through job rotation in different core functional areas of aviation industry, such as Airline
Planning, Flight Operations and Revenue Management, management trainees will
experience the diversity of the company by leading different projects under guidance.
Trainees are expected to gain in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience.
Outstation Posting
Independent postings at outstations can expand the vision of management trainees. They
will shoulder responsibilities and be better equipped for future challenges in the dynamic
aviation industry.

Management Exposure
Active participation in company weekly meeting and directors meeting will enable
management trainees to build excellent management skills and develop critical thinking.
Trainees will work closely with Directors and General Managers from the first day of
rotation and thus develop ample experience in management.
Comprehensive Training
Our all-rounded training programme aims to promote personal growth, and lays solid
foundations for management trainees to become the companys future leaders. Trainees
will attend a series of intensive trainings, which include classes and workshops about
airline operations, management skills and technical applications.

Career Path

After completion of the 2-year Management Trainee Programme, young


talents will start their fast track career by taking up managerial-level
positions in Hong Kong Airlines.

Requirement
s
Have Right of Abode in Hong Kong SAR
Hold a recognized university degree in any discipline
Fresh graduates with less full-time work experience
Possess an excellent command of written and spoken
Cantonese, English and Mandarin
Have high mobility to work overseas and up countries
