    2 cups flowr

    2 tea spoons yeast


    1 cup warme water
    1 spoon sugar
    place the yeast into the warm water for 10 to 15 minutes
    mix the sugar with the flower and then add the warm water mixed with yeast
    flaten the flower
    heat the flower both sides
    and put the ingredants ontop and but cheez on top put in the grill for 20 minute
