7.3 Procedure
Part A- Pseudo Random Bit Sequence Generator
1- Build the 3 bit random sequence generator circuit shown in figure 7.1.
2- Obtain the clock from the Digital Communications Board. Set the clock to
4kHz.
3- If the random sequence does not start automatically or stops by itself, you
can restart it by momentarily touching the input of the first shift register
(pin 2 of the 74295) with +5V supply.
4- Record your results.
