Dear Society Presidents and Committees,

On behalf of Cardiff Hong Kong Society, we would like to invite you to participate
in Cardiff Games 2016 on 20th February 2016(Sat). This year the Cardiff Games will
include tournaments of football (11-aside) and basketball. To apply, please send us an
email at cardiffuhks@gmail.com with:

There will be 16 teams in each tournament. If the number of teams applied exceeds
the maximum teams allowed, a draw will be advanced.
Please note that the deadline for the application is 31th January 2016.
An email confirmation will be sent to the applicants if they have successfully
approved. The lunch boxes arrangement and payment method will be attached with
the email. Please make the bank transfer of by 7th February 2016, otherwise the
Cardiff Hong Kong Society can terminate the application without notifying, and allow
another team to fill the place.
