Marine Cargo claims documentation required;

In case of a Marine Cargo claim please submit the following

compulsory information/documentation:

Insurance declaration / original certificate of insurance

Copy of the official complaint of the cargo interest, describing the type and amount of the
claim, clearly stating the amount being claimed
Copy of supplier's invoice verifying the amount being claimed
Packing List / loading report
Shipping note (delivery note)
Copy of original transport document indicating signature and condition of the goods at
date/time of pick-up/take over
Copy of final proof of delivery
Copy of documents evidencing other charges incurred as a result of the damage if
applicable
Copy of correspondence exchanged with carriers and other parties regarding their liability
for loss and damage
Copy Freight Invoice(s)
Photograph(s)
