JPPH - Land Statistics For KualaLumpur
Harga harta kediaman telah mencatatkan pergerakan bercampurcampur secara keseluruhan. Harta tanah kediaman di kawasan
yang mantap dilengkapi dengan perhubungan yang cekap terus
menikmati peningkatan modal. Indeks Harga Semua Rumah
untuk negeri ini berada pada 264.5 mata sehingga Q2 2015,
meningkat 5.6% berbanding Q2 2014. Dalam perkembangan
yang sama, Harga Semua Rumah menjalar naik sehingga
RM701,823.00, kekal tertinggi di negara ini.
Unit kediaman siap dibina tidak terjual dan situasi unit tidak terjual
di negeri ini kurang menggalakkan. Bilangan unit siap dibina tidak
terjual meningkat 1,346 unit bernilai RM1.23 bilion, naik 28.7%
dalam bilangan dan 28.1% dalam nilai berbanding H1 2014.
Dalam perkembangan sama, unit dalam pembinaan dan belum
dibina belum terjual masing-masing, meningkat 10,742 dan 1,181
unit, naik 29.4% bagi unit dalam pembinaan belum terjual dan
lebih dua kali ganda untuk belum dibina belum terjual.
As at end-June 2015, there were 426 existing purposebuilt office buildings (8,257,055 s.m.), with another 13
buildings (518,801 s.m.) in the incoming supply and
seven buildings (447,612 s.m.) in the planned supply.
