    Dear Mr. Jon Smith,
    I am applying for the Crew Member position at your establishment.
    I was employed as a painter with Brushmen LLC during the summer
    of 2015.
    As a painter, I worked in two to five men crews removing debris,
    preparing apartments and painting them. We had to follow proper
    guidelines for safety reasons and meet completion deadlines.
    Through my employment and involvement with extracurricular
    activities, I have developed good team-building and problem
    solving skills. I am also efficient, hard-working, follow directions,
    and am able to work well alone or with others.
    I have dependable transportation and a very open schedule. I
    would enjoy speaking further with you regarding this position and
    my qualifications.
