When the handicap bus driver got ready to drive away, the white male driving the SUV had to move his vehicle because he was blocking the road. While he was driving away he kept on pointing his finger at me and my vehicle, saying something to me. When he got to the corner of Taft street and the Highland road, he sit their for about 3 minutes, then he turn right at the corner and drove down the Highland road to the police sub-station and told the police that I was parked on the wrong side of the street. The police came to my cousin resident where my vehicle was parked and told me that my vehicle was parked in the right place. Then, I told the police that I knew who he was and the Police ask me who? I got out my vehicle and went into the store. Then, a black male driving a brown chevy truck begin circling my vehicle and the SUV 4 times and then I was able to drive away fearing for my life. I have ask the U.S. Government, FBI and the other named federal organizations to leave me a- lone and stop the harassment but the government and the other named federal organizations., refusing to stop and the threat made against my life continuing; * on Friday, November 23, 2012 at 9:50 a.m. I was sitting in- side, "Jack In The Box" eating. I was looking out of the front window eating when I notice a white chevy 1500 truck with a white male driving it, park on the driver side of my vehicle. He came from the south of LSU Campus and parked his vehi- cle on, Jack In The Box parking lot, located on the Highland Road. He sit inside his truck until 10:13 a.m. waiting until I get through eating inside of Jack In The Box. I was walking out and he call me over to his truck and I got his license plate sumber 850510. Then, I was walking back to my vehicle and he ask me, "Where is LSU Campus? During that time, LSU students were passing by his truck walking going to LSU campus and he was talking to them. He didn't do none of that and did not have to way until I got through eating and came out of Jack In The Box to ask me that question. He was a dumb white FBI agent and I busted him. Most FBI is dumb then I am and my guard dog BO was smarter then them prior to his death. He agreed to me that he was the FBI and I was his target; * On Tuesday, March 12, 2013 I call the FBI Headquarter in New Orleans, Louisiana., 3 times at 8:30 a.m, 8:40 a.m and 8:44 a.m. The first telephone call at 8:30 a.m. I got the voicemail, The second telephone call at 8:40 a.m. I was place on hold by the FBI agent operator for 5 minutes and the operator hung the telephone up on me.The third telephone call at 8:44 a.m. I was told by the FBI operator that the FBI agent I needed to talk to was on the telephone with another caller; On Tuesday, March 12, 2013 at 9:05 a.m. I call my white bro- ther, Mr. Jack. I told him what the FBI telephone operator had did and told him that I am going to the Mayor President Office of East Baton Rouge Parish. On Tuesday, March 12, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. I arrive at the Mayor President, Melvin Kip Holden, office and the Secre- tary told me that the mayor do not handle this type of com- plaint dealing with the FBI and ask me to write down my name address and my telephone number on a piece of paper and told me that she going to give him that information. We trail her for 3 miles then she turn around on the levee road and went back south around the levee road toward the city of Port Allen, Louisiana. We kept on going north around the levee road to Orange Grove Plantation Cemetery. When we got to orange grove plantation graver road. We got out the vehicle and walked up the levee to the top of the levee, and back down the levee and drove to the cemetery to my mother grave site at 3:30 pom. While we was at the cemetery, we notice a white airplane flying going West circling 2 times around the cemetery and went back East toward Baton Rouge Metropolitan Airport. We also no- tice other vehicles going north around the levee road and turn-ing around and going back south and back north again, while we was inside Orange Grove Plantation Cemetery; On Tuesday, April 16, 2013 at 11:22 a.m. A black SUV with a white male driving it parked at the beginning of the deadend street facing my resident and later backed out and drove to- ward Monterrey Blvdi On Tuesday, April 16, 2013 at 1:20 p.m. A brown LUV truck with a black male driving it parked at the beginning of the deadend street. The driver of the truck drove in front of my resident 3 times and went back to Monterrey Blvd, On Thursday, April 18, 2013 at 10:23 a.m. The same black SUV came back to the beginning of the deadend street and sit their facing my resident for 5 minutes, backed up, turn around and drove away. I decided to leave the gravesite going back south around the levee road toward Port Allen, Louisiana., when a black helicopter going north around the levee road, "dipped down low headed straight at the front of my vehicle and raise up. If the helicopter and I been traveling on the highway, it would have been a head-on-collision, hitting me head on and injury or killing me;* on Saturday, May 3, 2014 at 10:00 p.m, I notice a white Air- plane circling overhead where my vehicle had broken down in Zachary, Louisiana., at (auto King Muffler). While the white airplane circling overhead my vehicle other vehicles was turning into the parking lot, backing up and turning around, one vehicle after another harassing and intimidating me. This incident could have became deadly out of fear for my life but I have been holding on to GoD and staying out of trouble and to prevent a tragedy or fatal incident from happening; * On Friday, May 9, 2014 at 2:30 p.m. I notice the same white airplane Circling 3 times overhead my father resident where I was visiting, going West and going back East toward Ryan Metroplitan Airport Tower in Baton Rouge, Louisiana; on Monday, May 12, 2014 at 12:01 p.m. A helicopter pass low overhead my resident. It was so low until the windows in my house was vibrating extremely badly and shaking until it waking me up out my sleep and I was very disturb from the rapid movement.
