Question 1
Formal and Informal groups.
Formal Groups.
A formal work group is made up of managers, subordinates, or both with close associations
among group members that influence the behavior of individuals in the group. As according to
the formal groups, I am a treasurer in a futsal team near my house which is called Blackvedas
FC.In this futsal team im a player and also a treasurer of this club.I always will collect money
from all our team members when there is any friendly matches or tournaments.
Informal Groups.
Informal groups are made up of two or more individuals who are associated with one another in
ways not prescribed by the formal organization.Every weekends near my house me and my
friends will gather to watch football matches and have dinner together.
References Groups
According to this group I always would take my friend advice to buy futsal equipments for the
team for training purposes.I always will refer to them to buy all this thing and then only I will buy
all the equipments.

According this three groups, I will choose the references groups as the pressure to conform the
greatest because in this groups we friend together will discuss and and will get a feedback from
my friend. This way will make my work much more easier.

Question 2
The network television channel that I choose during prime time is football matches between
Barcelona VS Villarael.With this 90 minutes football matches there is 15 minutes for the
commercials. This are the commercials :

CLEAR MEN ANTIDANDRUFF SHAMPOO-Christiano Ronaldo as a actor who

promotes this product during the commercials which is played during football matches.
ODD TV-A person from Astro channel be a spokesperson and promote the ODD TV.
STL(SEPAK TAKRAW LEAGUE)-Sepak takraw national players be as ma spokesperson

and promote the STL.

Question 3
Recently the major purchase my family has bought was a Panasonic TV for our living room
.Firstly is gatekeepers where my father wanted to buy a TVand he started to go several TV
showroom and finally we choose Panasonic after gathering some information about latest
design TV.The influencers is myself and my brother where both of us influence my father to
buy what design of the TV and the size of TV. Both of us give opinion about the TV that we
want to purchase. As a decider my mother decides which design TV to buy at the end.As a
buyer my father try to negotiate the price of TV. Then as a preparer, the TV showroom
salesperson prepare all paperworks that are must have to buy TV. At end my father signed the
paperworks and pay the cash .He took delivery of the new TV back home. As end users , I , my
brother and my father who drove the TV .I did the maintainers job. On disposing site , my
mother say to us may be after few month later she will give change this TV to the my room and
buy a new TV to the living room.
