ABSTRACT
Purpose: Charastecstis of changes in properties and scustre of euslentc-matrix sees in delivery state and
afer long-term service.
Desiga/methodology’approach: For selected degradation states of T321H steel the mechanical testing and
risrostruturalsestigations were cared outwith senning an ansmision elston microscope
Findings: Selected characteristics of structure and funcional properties of materials tobe wsed for elements in
the pressure section of power boilers were summarised ina single paper
Practical implications: Stel characteristics presente in his pape are used or assessment of'tustural charges
ad changes in stength properties ofthe eterialofelemens afer longserm sevice under erep conditions
Originaltyvalue: The presented results of mechanieal properties, structure an precipitation processes xe
applied to evaluation ofthe coalition of elements in further industrial service
‘Keywords: Structure; Mechanical properties; Austenitic tel T3211

‘The development of power technologies is involved, among
other things, with construction of power ums for ineeesed
supercritical steam parameters. The increase in steam lemperalure
from $40 10 more than 650°C and pressute from approx 18 t0 30
(MPa considerably improves the effcieney of power units from
approx. 33 to 40-50% with simultaneous reduction in emission of
harmful substances, mainly CO:, $0; and NO, t0 the
atmosphere. ‘The development of power technologies is
determined by the development of materials engineering. Nev
materials must meet high requirements for proper ereep strength
welding, bending and heat eatzent It mainly concerns the
