methodologies and perform routine and/or more complex scientific tasks on a day to day
basis.
Answer: My ~14 years work experience in laboratory did involve and require the scientific
knowledge to solve problems, develop methodologies and perform more complex work. I
have successfully optimized the culturing method for "product of Conception" and effectively
reduced the turnaround time. I have solved few problems related to faulty reagents or
improper functioning of laboratory equipments. For example, our laboratory was facing poor
quality work output and I looked into every aspect of the procedure and rectified spotted
problems and solved the problem that affected quality of final output.

ahead considering the preparation of reagents, reagent viability testing and other consumables
necessary task to carry out my daily work smoothly. I do prioritize my laboratory work
depending upon the specimen type and associated criteria. I enjoy working with people.
* Experience with Laboratory Information Systems and the Roche automated analyzers
I am familiar with Metasystem, ISIS system. I have used I have operated few autoanalyzers
like AbbottIMX, Hitachi 704, Kodak Ectachem 700.
