I would like to recommend Emily Thatcher as a candidate for your university. As a student in my
classroom, Emily exhibits professionalism through her promptness, focus, and respect. These
characteristics are highly necessary in order to be a successful student at your school.
As a Contemporary English student, Emily is motivated to complete each assigned lesson. When
given a task, Emily begins the skill right away. Although I have only had Emily as a student this
year, I have worked with her closely in the past, As a part of the Junior Committee, Emily chose
to volunteer her time to organize and decorate for Prom. During this event, Emily exhibited the
utmost respect. She was willing to delegate tasks in a patient and helpful manner. When an issue
arose, she chose to talk through this issue with professionalism and kindness. As a result, I feel
Emily is an excellent leader. I know these skills will only transfer when she becomes a student in
an upper level classroom.
I have enjoyed the chance to work with Emily at this time. She is a pleasure to have in class,
because of the listed qualities. I know Emily will continue to exhibit these listed qualities in
