Properties of a Triangle
o SSS -Three sides on one triangle are
congruent to another triangle
o SAS Two & the included angle are
congruent to two sides of another
triangle.
o ASA Two angle & included side are
congruent to two angles and the
included side of another triangle.
o AAS Two angle & a non included side
are congruent to both triangles.

Right Triangle
As you see in this picture, this
piece of bread is cut to a right
angle , two sides intersect at a
90 degree angle. This is SAS

Acute Angle
Acute angles are angle that are measured less
than 90 degrees. In this picture at each
corner of the chip, forms an acute angle. This
is ASA

Obtuse Angle
Obtuse angles are measured more
than 90 degrees. As you can see in
this picture, it shows that the
boomerang is open enough to be an
obtuse angle.

Equilateral Triangles
And equilateral triangle is
where al sides on the triangle
is equal to one another, Which
also means all of the angles are
congruent, they all add up to 60
degrees. In this picture a
napkin is cut into a equal
triangle.

Isosceles Triangle
A isosceles triangle is where two sides
of an triangle are the same. No more
than two sides can be the same to be
named an isosceles triangle. In the
picture you can see the two long sides
and one short side.

Scalene Triangle
A scalene triangle is when all sides on
an triangle are different. In this
picture, the necklace shows that all
the sides are not the same.
