Who is the Fourier CEC?
Fourier Centre of Excellence in Complexity (CEC)
• Established as a result of a private enterprise, academic institutions and research partners
joining forces.
• Developed a model for achieving operational excellence in complex reality.
• Endorsed by the Innovation Hub Activator.

Aim
To assist (or enable others to assist) organisations in translating their strategy into
process and organisational design/redesign in order to achieve resilience in operations.
This includes designing, improving, measuring and controlling of processes,
procedures and structures in order to ensure a manageable, well structured organisation.
