Formative
When the lesson plan is finished, I would handed out a Exit Ticket for
the students to fill out and turn in, for my benefit to see what the students
learned.

For the Formative Assessment, I would use this 3,2,1 Exit Ticket form to
give each student, to see what they think or overall learned during the lesson.
The first thing they have to do is write 3 things they learned that day, the second
is to write what they found interesting and the third is to write 1 question they
still have over the lesson.
By conducting this assessment, I hope to gain some knowledge on the
effectiveness of my lesson and to see what they learned from the students
perspective.
