AND NOW, this 5th day of April, 2010, having considered the pending pretrial

Motions in Limine, it is hereby ORDERED as follows:

1. Plaintiffs’ Motion to Proceed Pseudonymously (Doc. No. 72) is GRANTED.

2. Defendant’s Motion in Limine to Exclude Speer Exhibits and Testimony (Docket

No. 65), Defendant’s Motion to Strike Dr. Greenfield’s Reports and Testimony (Docket No. 69),

Defendant’s Motion in Limine to Exclude Plaintiffs’ Trial Exhibits (Docket No. 73), and

Plaintiffs’ Motion in Limine (Docket No. 71) are DENIED without prejudice.

3. The parties shall be prepared to present offers of proof at trial and the Court may

admit evidence, subject to a motion to strike.

4. The argument scheduled for Tuesday, April 6, 2010 is CANCELLED.
