The Ft. Worth Federal Center in Fort Worth, Texas commissioned a 552 kW photovoltaic solar energy system in December 2010. The system consists of five modules mounted on the ground using an Unirac racking system. It uses Kyocera solar panels and a Schneider Electric inverter to generate solar power from previously unused land and save on energy costs.
