REZUMAT
Resursele umane ale ntreprinderii reprezint obiectul de preocupare constant din partea
conducerii.Mai ales rolul forei de munc a crescut n cadrul perioadei relaiilor de pia, iar natura
investiiilor de producie, de cercetare de mare intensitate a modificat cerinele pentru angajat - a
crescut importana atitudinii creatoare fa de munc. Acum, principala sarcin a directoruluicolectiv de munc bine ales, care este o echipa de colaboratori i parteneri ce sunt capabili s
neleag, s recunoasc i s pun n aplicare planurile de gestionare a companiei. Soluia acestei
probleme este cheia succesului activitii de ntreprinztor, expresie i prosperitate a ntreprinderii.
Alegerea temei date este dedicat studiului actual de dezvoltare economic, resurselor
umane i utilizarea eficient a impactului direct asupra calit ii produsului, valoarea lui i
competivitatea costurilor.
Scopul tezei este de a examina i de a analiza eficiena utilizrii resurselor umane n cadrul
companiei de construcie Promstroi-Grup SA.
Obiectul anchetei ales compania "PROMSTROI-GRUP" SA - una dintre ntreprinderile de
frunte din industria de construcii din Republica Moldova. Experien n piaa de construcii - 16
ani, este unirea tuturor zonelor n construcii industriale i imobiliare n Republica Moldova.
Pentru atingerea obiectivelor au fost elaborate trei capitole, care au venit n 13 imagine, 18
tabele, pagini 87.
Autorul a constatat oportun s elaboreze structura n felul urmtor:
Autorul tezei a studiat metodologia de analiz a utilizrii resurselor umane , analiza situaiei
financiare a companiei SA Promstroi-Grup, la rndul su a evaluat resursle umane a companiei
date, au fost analizate modaliti de mbuntire a eficienei de utilizare a forei de munc.
SUMMARY
Workforce at the plant - it is an object of constant concern on the part of the company's
management. Especially the role of the labor force has increased during the period of market
relations, and the investment nature of production, its high research intensity changed the
requirements for the employee - have increased the importance of creative attitude toward labor.
Now the main task of the entrepreneur-manager company well-chosen labor collective,
which is a team of associates and partners who are able to understand, to recognize and implement
the plans of the companys managment.The solution to this problem is the key to the success of
entrepreneurial activity, expression, and prosperity of the enterprise.
The choice of this theme is dictated by its relevance to the present stage of economic
development, human resources and their effective use of a direct impact on product quality, value
and its cost competitiveness.The aim of the thesis is to examine and analyze the efficiency of
utilization of labor resources in the construction company Promstroi-Grup SA.
The object of investigation chosen company "PROMSTROI-GRUP" SA - one of the leading
enterprises of the construction industry in the Republic of Moldova. Experience in the construction
market - 16 years, is the union of all areas in industrial construction and real estate in the Republic
of Moldova.
To achieve the goals of the author developed a three chapters, which come into 13 picture,
18 tables, 87 pages.
The author found it expedient to build the structure of the following:
the first chapter of the thesis , Human resources and business efficiency of their use it
represents the classification of all types of resources, give the concept and classification of
human resources of the company, and describes the performances of the labor force and
order of their calculation.
chapter two - "The financial and economic analysis of the company SA" Promstroi-Grup "",
chapter giving an overview of the company SA "Promstroi-Grup", the analysis of its
financial condition, made an analysis of the effectiveness of the use of labor resources of the
company.
the third chapter Ways of increasing the efficiency of utilization of labor resources of the
enterprise, given to the concept and identify the factors afferecting the productivity,
efficiency of staff, efficiency of the payroll.
The author of the degree project has been studied methodology for analyzing the use of labor
resources, and analysis o financial condition of the company Promstroi-GrupSA, in turn, has
evaluated the use of labor resources, the company considered he examination ways to improve the
efficiency of labor utilization.
