You are walking down the city, looking around, you cant help
noticing that half of more than the people you are seeing are
overweight.
1. How do you explain your observation?
Seeing overweight people will make me think that they have
been eating more than what their body needs. And therefore
more fats that are not used by the body are stored. Considering
that Ive seen them in the city, I would assume that they are
burning their extra fats by exercising.
2. If you were C. Wright Mills, how would you think you would
explain it?
If I were C. Wright Mills, I would think that these people have
respective histories that made them depressed or just stressed
that made them eat a lot to cope up with it.
