For example, sewing alabelon cloth or fabric visor is well known, but the label is not easily removable, Painting indicia with markers and thelike, can also be done ‘on prior at visor, but the pant is also generally permanent Peel aad stick decals can also be used, but they are also intended to be permanent and are not intended t9 be easily removed or changed ‘Using book and loop fastener, such as Velero, ean also be used, but atleast one side ofthe hook and lop fastener, mus also be permanently attached to a surface of the visor ‘Caps and visors have been made over the years with hoes See for example, US. Pat. No. 1,782,206 to Kornsweet ‘460,604 to Sullivan 601,329 to Johns, the latter being the Jnventor of the subject inveation. However, the holes were ‘used for ventilation andor decoration, and were aot useil for ‘mounting and supporting indicia thereon. “Thus, the need exists foe solutions to the above problems ‘withthe prior art SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION A primary objective ofthe present invention is to provide head visor devices, apparats, and methods of using a soft ‘ype foam visor having pattern of partial andor full cutout hole openings that allow for accessories such as labels, ‘chamis, badges, and the like, to be plugged ino the open and easily removable and interchangeable with other acces- "A secondary objective ofthe present invention isto provide head visor devices, apparatus, and methods of using a soft ‘ype foam visor having patterns of partial andor full extout hole openings that allow for accessories such as labels ‘chamas, badges, and the like, o be easly removable and Jnerchangeable with other accessories, 0 o 2 A third objective ofthe prevent inventions provide head visor devices, apparatus, and methods of using a soft type foam visor faving patiers of partial andlor complete throughhole openings that allow for aceesorie, having an adjustable head sap tat i also removable ‘A Youth objective of the present invention isto provide head visor devices, apparatus, and methods of using a soft type foun visor having patterns of partial andor complete ‘hrovghhole openings witha puncture tool that ean turn par tial culouts into throughbole cutouts to mount accesories thereon “ill objective ofthe present ivention iso provide head visor devices, apparatus, and methods of using a soft type qoam visor Iiving patiems of partial andlor complete ‘hrovghhole openings having different shapes, suchas but not limited to different geometrical shapes, eter shapes, charae- tershapes, and he like, inorder to mount accessories thereon. A sixth objective ofthe present inventions to provide head visor devices, apparatus, and methods of using a soft type foam visor having patiers of partial andlor complete throughhole openings that allow for accessories such as adapters fo be able to mount sunglasseseyeglasses 10 the ‘A visor assembly, can inelude a visor with headband {formed from flexible and pliable material, plurality of slot shapes on front surface portion ofthe visor with headband, at least one accessory having a male member that mateably ‘attaches into at Teast one othe slots, wherein the accessory is both attachable and detachable from the visor with headband. ‘The visor assembly of claim 1, ean include a removable stmp having ends that are attachable to left and right portions of the headband, the removable strap being formed from the {exible and pliahle msteral. The removable strpcan include rivet members having inwardly protruding portions for being insertable into plurality of adjustment holes in the remov~ able strap. The visor material can be EVA (ethylene vinyl sect), “The accessory ean include a logo plate, having indicia across a front surface of the logo plat, andlor a decorative charm, “The slot shapes ean include circular shapes, noncircwlar acometrcal shapes, outline shapes of diferent characters and objects. ‘The sot shapes ean include dhrough-hole cutouts through the visor, and/or partial eutousthrough only asurface portion ofthe visor A ponetize tool can be inchided for puncturing a partial cutout into athrough-hole cutout, An adapter ean be used for attaching sunglasses/eyeglassesto the visor assembly. ‘A visor assembly kit, can include the combination of a visor with headband formed from a flexible and pliable mate- ‘ial, a plurality ofboth through-hole slots and paral cut-out slots along a front surface portion ofthe visor with headband, ‘removable strap having ends that are attachable to left and ‘ight portions of the headband, the removable stp being formed from the exible and pliable material, anda plurality ‘of accessories, each accessory having a male member that ‘mateably attaches into at least one ofthe though-hole slots ‘and partial cut-out slo, wherein the accessories are both attachable and detachable from the visor with headband, and wherein the accesories are selected frm the group consis ‘ng of logo plates andl decorative charms and a puncture tool to pinch out a pail entout, and an adapter for mounting stunglasses/eyuglasses to the visor assembly. The plurality of both through-hole slots and partial eu-out slots, can include shlferent shapes, such a8 different geometrical shapes, eters, charaeter outlines US 9,215,902 B2 3 Punter objects aad advantages of this invention will be apparent from the Following detailed description ofthe pres cently preferred embodiments which are illustrated schemat cally inthe secompanying drawings.
