Property Tax.

This concerns the letter of Atty. Glicerio P. Santos IV, Head Legal Counsel
of Iglesia ni Kristo, dated 2 October, 2015 to the Honorable Governor, Ramil L.
Hernandez, requesting that property of Mr. Desiderio De Ramos located at
Barangay Sulib, Pangil, Laguna, with Tax Declaration NO. 21-0008-00688gr, be
exempted from Real Property Tax, for reason that said property is being used
for religious purposes even before year 1988, that it is Actually, Directly, and
Exclusively used for Bible studies, worship services evangelical missions,
dissemination, and propagation of the Christian faith and teachings as written
in the holy scriptures and other religious activities.
Relative thereto, you are hereby directed to assist and facilitate the processing
of the request of Atty. Glicerio P. Santos IV.
