Job Role: Teaching assistant and Teacher of Years 9-11 Product Design.
Description of Work: I monitored and observed the teaching standards of the school and put my
observations into practice when I was given a small group of pupils to teach.
Part Time Work
The Green Man, Kenilworth - November 2012 to November 2014
Job Role: Team Member and Chef.
Description of work: I was able to become a member of an already established team. When Ember
became Ember Pub and Dining the team were to be the forefront of the establishment, being able to
provide quality guest service and satisfaction. When the need came for development the obvious choice
was to move to the kitchen where I gained my food hygiene and safety level two, qualifying me to work
first as a pot wash then on the main line, plating dishes for service.
The Bugle Inn Southampton March 2011 until September 2011
Job Role: Team member
Description of work: The job role at the Bugle Inn saw me opening and setting up the business for the
day, counting, banking and re-floating tills from the day before and running the pub on a Saturday
morning/ afternoon. Of an evening I would be expected to close down the business with other team
members and ensure that it was able to run the next day as it had the day previously.

Job Role: Senior Designer and Business Development Executive
Description of work: I lead a team to meet and exceed sales targets through the use of clear and
accurate quotes with technical drawings. I use my influential telephone manner and relationship building
skills to communicate ideas and convert leads to sales. I frequently travel to see my clients and finalise
all details of the sale. I use 2D and 3D design suites along with rendering software to enable me to show
the client exactly what they will be receiving. I am able to use database software such as Filemaker and
Excel to organise information on different customers files along with costings for different projects.
