The err Box This book is meant to help you with denial. This is nota psychology book where you'll answer questions and learn how to act, but a book to let out all your feelings and no one will judge you. You should write in this journal at least once a day, but do itas often as you feel comfortable. The main prompt is on the following page. but as you go through the journal you'll find other activities you can do to help let your emotions out. This journal is will give suggestions but ultimately it’s your book. Write and do what makes you feel better. You can always come back to this journal later if you need to get something off your chest or just need to write as a distraction,
