THE MASTER OF SCIENCE IN CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT The Master of Science in Construction Management under the PUP School of Distance Education, Open University System prepares students for the operational, supervisory and managerial opportunities in the construction industry. Students will be exposed on the key elements of management, methods, requirements, ethics and legal aspects in construction, and developmental aspects of the design process. In addition, learners will gain focused knowledge and specialized skills on the current industry trends, productivity tools and techniques allowing learners to apply what they have obtained from their courses to current situations of their working environment to continuously enhance their overall competitiveness as professionals and entrepreneurs towards national productivity.Admission’s Requirements Admission to the master's degree program requires: 1) A bachelors degree in engineering and architecture obtained from universities and colleges recognized by the Commission of Higher Education 2) A scholastic rating of at least 2.0, B, or 85% in the undergraduate course.
