It is my privilege to put on record my deep sense of

gratitude to Dr. Meenakshi Singh for her valuable
guidance and encouragement that has enabled me to
complete this project report. Her prompt incisive,
articulate and constructive suggestions during the
preparation of this report are the reasons I am able to
present this report.
I am grateful to Dr. P.N Jha, Director of School of
Management Sciences, for providing the facilities for
the preparation of the project.
I would like to express my thanks to Mr. Atish Khadse,
our Coordinator, whose rock solid moral support has
