As you know, it recently came to my attention that you have violated administrative expectations in the following w: 1. Tiger Time staff is expected to be on time for work. Unfortunately, more than one occesion. ‘ou have been tardy on © On September 3, 2013, you were approximately a few minutes late to work. [tis understood that you called to inform Amanda Durand that you would be late. © On September 4, 2013, you were approximately 43 minutes late to work, It wes only when Amanda Durand called to awaken you that got ready and came to work. © On September 12, 2013, you were approximately 15 minutes late to work. © Finally, you were late for work on October 1. 2, Most egregious, on September 12, 2013, you falsified a time sheet. While records indicate you clocked in at 5:32 AM, you later admitted to Amanda that this was inaccurate. You have admitted to intentionally changing the punch clock and falsifying your work records, which is an attempt to steal from the school system. 3. It is disappointing thet you have displayed such a lack of personnel accountability Improvement Plan: 1. On October 11, 2013, in 2 meeting with Amanda and me, you expressed a willingness and desire 10 make changes to your job performance. You were expected to provide in ‘writing @ personal improvement plan.
