What did I do:
I first doubled the page size, so when I went to multiply the
image it would fit perfectly. Each image then became a new
layer, so I then was able to edited each layer differently using
different colours and affects

What did I do:
I changed the background by adjusting the image to
desaturate white then changed it to black and white, I then
used the history brush tool to change the body back to its
original image
