Character Profile

The character I have chosen to do an in depth analysis of

is Father Damien Karras from the novel The Exorcist.
Written in 1971 by the author William Peter Blatty, the
book centers on the possession of a young girl called
Regan, who is at first just considered to be mentally
unstable and that her condition is nothing too serious. As
Regans condition rapidly deteriorates though, Regans
mother, Chris, calls for more drastic measures to de taken.
She ends up asking for the assistance of Father Damien
Karras.
