Subject: WI Package- Site Security

Dear Sir,
We refer to your letter No NJS-CWISP_MWTP-WI123 of date 19 September 2015 on
the above subject and would like to mention here that on 18 September at about 10
AM some local people tried to enter inside the construction site through the main
gate. Our security personnel halt them and requested to explain the purpose of
coming. They instantly reacted and started conversation with expression of bad
temperament. At one stage the matter was come to the notice of our site manager,
who instantly rushed at the spot and talked publicly to control the situation. He also
informed them at present there were no vacancy to recruit them but in future if
have any scope he will consider the case. Hearing this announcement they became
anger and started shouting for some times and left the place. Upon enquiry we
come to know that there were two local gangsters quarrel each other doing
terrorism and disturbing peace full environment and tried to lead the respective
zone. These two gangsters are trying to enter in our construction site and to keep
their respective thug in our premises which is not at all desirable.
In this regard we would like to draw your attention and seek you kind support to
control the law and order situation from them.
In this connection we would like to confirm you that site security and safety is
under control, security personnel are always vigilant round the clock to ensure site
security and restrict unauthorized person movement in the site. Further to mention
here that our security system are being monitoring and recording through CCTV
network and it checked at regular intervals by the senior assigned officer.
We hope the above clarification will satisfy you about site security system and
ensuring you that we are maintaining safety & security system as per general
standard specification, section 01010, Clause 1.04.
