Start with stationary ball
handling to learn to
control the ball and how
to properly execute the
critical elements.

Porgression 2:
Move on to dribbling up
and down the court making
moves at designated areas.
Once comfortable with
this, partner up and dribble
while being guarded.

Ball on the pads of


the fingers for

Eyes looking
straight ahead; not
up at the ceiling or
