This Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), which presents the material terms of ou offer, will be incorporated into a formal employment contract with the University of Maryland for execution at the earliest possible date, Your aeceptance ofthis offer will constitute a binding agreement between you and the University. Your University employment will begin December 7, 2015 and tun through January 31, 2017. ‘Your compensation as Assistant Football Coach will be the following: ‘Annual guaranteed compensation (pase salary) ‘© $170,000 annual base salary (©. Subject to any applicable provision of law or University System of Maryland Board of Regents’ poly, an annual increase in Annual Base Salary tobe effective in each fiscal year following the frst calendar year ofthis 2015 Agreement.
