thatwhenshemarriedKarl,sheisstillvalidlymarriedtoherfirsthusband.
Consequently,hermarriagetoKarlisvoid.Likewise,thereisnoneedof
introducingevidenceonLilia'spriormarriageforthensuchmarriagethoughvoid
stillneedsajudicialdeclarationbeforeshecanremarry.Accordingly,Karland
Liliasmarriageareregardedvoidunderthelaw.
