There are bot general education and special education students included in this group. The 24 students identfed wil become targeted group during our math workshop time that all grade students willbe involved in Goal: When given the 2014-2016 lowa Assessment Mathematics tes, 5 students (or 19%) from the identified non-proficient group will ‘core in the proficiency range on their Standard Score for Mathematics into a higher range of proficiency. "Our intention would be for allo the 21 students who are non-profclent onthe Standard Score for Mathematics to show growth on ‘heir Mathematics test forthe lowa Assessment during the 2014-2015 school year. ‘Outcome: Upon completion of the 14-15 lowa Assessment Standards Scores for Mathematics and reviewing the results, it was found that out ofthe 21 targeted non-pofcient students, 8 of them moved from the non-profcent group and int the proficient range for the math test. Indicators of progress: Math: 9 Grade AEM progress monitoring of basic math facts for +f Pretests and Postlsts for math interventions and for curriculum instruction Math groups foreach chapter according to student needs and assessment scores. 1A Assassmonts Standards Soores for Mathomatics for 19-14 and 14-16 —past years vill be looked at for data collection. Math Workshop groups were rn onan allematng schedule wih reading the focus was on place value, alin, subtacon, multpction, division, and problem solving Future considerations: Next year we will connie with math workshops. We wil also continue to regroup when a new skis introduced, by re-assessing Wit a master schedule we are able to seta ime for our math core instruction for 60 minutes and also have a protected time that can be used for math workshops 3 days a week ‘We will continue to pretest each chapter to ably group our students to best meet the indvidul needs of each student.
