EXECUTIVE SUMMERY
MSN Inc. is a specialized company for computer products and accessories. According to the
Store Region Sales Database we have analyzed the data for some facts, updates and visionary
decisions. The companys strength and weakness are clearly defined in this memo. Here I have
some proposals for the management according to my analysis and other findings.

COMPANYS OVERALL SALES ANALYSIS

1. Total sales amount in Dollar in all regions:

There are three sales regions of the company. And the regions are East, North, and South.
The sales amount in dollar of those regain are stated here in the memo (See Appendix 1).
The total sales amount is $997552 (See Appendix 1).
The four items we sell are 101 Keyboard, 17 monitor, Desktop CPU, PC mouse. And the dollar
amounts of sales are respectively $18294, $139461, $833800, and $5996 (See Appendix 1).

2. Promotion:
If we look at the sales of the Eastern region we should see that, the sales is highest than any
other regions of the country. So, it can be concluded that, that much sales might be possible
for every region. So, increased promotional activities for should be taken care of in every
other regions for every products. But, the promotional activities continuing in the eastern
region should not be stopped.
3. Commission:
Eastern region of the company have highest sales, the manager of East region should be
offered the highest amount of commission (See Appendix 3).

RECOMMENDATIONS FOR IMPLEMENTATION

Steps for promotional activities should be taken care of as soon as possible.

Commissions of the store managers should be paid in time.
If possible the percentage of commission should be reviewed.
Individually every single product should be prioritized.
