EXECUTIVE SUMMERY
MSN Inc. is a specialized company for computer products and accessories. According to the
Store Region Sales Database we have analyzed the data for some facts, updates and visionary
decisions. The companys strength and weakness are clearly defined in this memo. Here I have
some proposals for the management according to my analysis and other findings.
2. Promotion:
If we look at the sales of the Eastern region we should see that, the sales is highest than any
other regions of the country. So, it can be concluded that, that much sales might be possible
for every region. So, increased promotional activities for should be taken care of in every
other regions for every products. But, the promotional activities continuing in the eastern
region should not be stopped.
3. Commission:
Eastern region of the company have highest sales, the manager of East region should be
offered the highest amount of commission (See Appendix 3).
