Business Objective
Presently the 5328 switch is EoS and need to deploy new model 5352 to keep the road
map ahead and rolling. Also for additional capacity 6348 witches to be deployed at
respective locations as per the list attached along with the quantity.

Scope of work:

Site to be surveyed for power and space for all PoP locations for both 5352 &
6348 switch

Switch from the warehouse to be moved to the site at Respective locations as per
the list enclosed

All the locations cabling to be extended to local PE for integration.

ATP of the Switches and visibility of the device in the U2K NMS has to be
obtained.

Handover document to NOC for management of the device for operation life
cycle.

NOC will carry out the configuration replication to the new router once the
visibility is made available.
