From the Project Administrator é Joint Collectyor, Mahabubnager , LrNo.GI/1/4926/2006 Dt.27-2-2007. ORDER: Under para 5.1 of the Chapter V of the Resettlement and Rehabilitation Policy, 2005 issued vide G.0.Ms. No.68, Irrigation & CAD Department dated 08-04-2005, the Government may declare by notification in the official Gazette, area of villages or (pealites as an affected zone of projects and thereupon the contents of this poliey shall apply to the projects involved. “Sygee eto-teference second read above, Project Administrator & Joint Collector, Mahsbubnagar has stated that the Superintending Engineer, Priyadharshini Jurala Project, Gadwal has informed that due to formation of Chinnonipally Balancing Resevoir a: Chinnonipally village submergence of entire village affecting totally 279 families will take place and requested to declare Chinnonipally as affected village due to submergence Under formation of Chinnonipally Balancing Resevoir at Chinnonipally village Mahabubnager District as stipulated in paras 5.1 chapter IV of G.OMsNo68 t.8.4.2005.
