Impeachment Act
OVERVIEW
SECTION I
Any government minister can be impeached with a majority. This does not include the
Prime Minister nor the Government in Waiting (Shadow Cabinet and Leader of the
Opposition). In order for impeachment to happen, the impeachment will be brought up in a
session and MPs present will vote. Any impeached government minister cannot return as a
Cabinet minister for one month after the impeachment has occurred.
PARAGRAPH FROM THE REPRESENTING MP
This will allow Government ministers who are inactive, not doing their job, or have
done something gravely wrong to be impeached.
