all ages from the age of 5 years and over. To illustrate the meaning of school expectancy, let us take an example: school expectancy for the age of 10
would be one year, if all 10-year-old students (in the year of the data collection) were enrolled. If only 50 % of 10-year-old students were enrolled, school
expectancy for the age of 10 would be half a year.
