I understand that I will be responsible for reading at least NINE different books this semester. I also understand that I will
be asked to use the books in essays, projects, daily assignments, and/or a speech this year. I am aware that Mrs.
Harrington may ask me questions regarding my book at any time. I know it is my responsibility to keep up with my
reading and to be prepared for class with my book. I know it is also my responsibility to choose books that are
appropriate for me and to avoid books my parents do not want me to read.
