I work with Jeannine at the Ottawa Marriott Hotel. I have been in the hotel business for nearly
a decade; I have experience in all areas of the front oce and have worked with hundreds of
unique personalities within the hotel industry. My current role as Guest Service Manager has
allowed me to work hand in hand with Jeannine Cleveland over the course of the past year. I

memory to nding more ecient ways to complete tasks in our health club.
Her teamwork is unmatched; our Kent Club teams success is Jeannines priority. She is always
willing to go out of her way to assist a struggling team member with a challenging problem.
Whether issues are work related or personal, she takes the time to listen; Jeannine truly
appreciates the importance of teamwork.
Finally, Jeannine is an ambassador of the french language within our department. As a
renowned hotel in the Canadian capital, we pride ourself on our bilingual sta. Jeannine is the
epitome of a french rst host. She genuinely encourages and promotes the use of the french
language within the team and jumps at the opportunity to serve our french speaking clients
when others cannot.
Her values are strong and well demonstrated in the pride she takes in doing great work. She
does not waver from her goals and strives to deliver on every occasion. In her short time with
us, Jeannine has become an integral part of our department. She is the epitome of a young,
