In groups of 8 students will recreate some of the most common network
topologies, simulating the connections among nodes in a network.

Material

Strings
Cable
Anything similar

Instructions
Students MUST take photographs of the recreated topologies, as well as all
required connections.
The topologies which have to be recreated are:

Star
Bus
Ring
Tree

Report
Individually students must upload a Report of the activity into their goggle
drive folder, attaching the correspondent photographs:
1. What is a Network topology?
2. What is the difference between the physical topology and the logical (or
signal) topology?
3. Which are the main advantages in each of the topologies?
4. Which are the disadvantages that occur in each of the topologies?
