This week we are learning:


Circle Time Review
This week we will practice using the
pronouns he and she. We will use
emotions to practice using them in
sentences. Like:
He is happy
She is in love
We will also continue to practice the
opposites. Students will compare
different objects from the classroom.
They will have to follow instructions like
Give me the long pencil or Give me a
big rubber.
This week we will also continue to
practice months of the year, days of the
week and weather.

Phonics

Activity Time
This week we will learn about verbs and practice speaking using I can and I cant . So that
students will be able to use the verbs more in everyday life in the classroom.
Verbs: jump, run, hide, cook, stretch, climb, climb, swim, fly, walk, ski, stop
Activities:
Use songs to practice the vocabulary and grammar structure
Use flashcard to play games
Match animals to things that they can do i.e. birds can fly, fish can swim and lions
can run
Practice writing I can and I cant using worksheets
Let students take turns talking about things that they can and cant do by been prompted
by the teacher.

writing upper and lowercase letters in
our writing practice books.

your, your, run.
