Culture
All grade levels
determined their top 5
results from our year
one with data teams.
These results were
then put into a
powerpoint and shared
with the staff.

The SIP team
consistently looked
for ways to
improve the
documents used for
minutes one and
two.

Monitor/evaluate
The SIP co-chair
met with individual
grade levels and
monitored the
grade-level
progress.

The Adams staff

review their mission
and belief statements
each year. We hold
true to our beliefs
throughout the year.
This next year, the
mission will part of
the morning
announcements.

Optimize
Communication

We created a
googledoc of minutes
one and two so all
team members and
administrators have
access to it.

At the beginning of
the data team
implementation, the
SIP team provided
an example of the
second grade teams
pilot of the process.

Flexibility
Our SIP team has
provided a format in
which grade level
teams record their
data. The teams have
flexibility with their
interventions and
assessments.

Order
The last Tuesday of
every month students
are dismissed early for
PLC meetings. Teams
also meet during
weekly planning time
to monitor and update
plans.

Intellectual
stimulation
Teams use research-based
best practices from
Marzano and Hattie for
instructional strategies.

Knowledge of CIA
All grade-level data teams
follow district curriculum
expectations. The
administration meets
quarterly with staff
members and teams
reviewing spreadsheets.

Input
D uring the monthly
SIP meetings, grade-
level representatives
provided input for the
team based off how
their team was
developing.
