HOW TO COOK SPAGHETTI

Ingredients :

Large pot, preferably a putch oven


I (16 O2) container of dried Spaghetti
Sale
Intructions :
1)

Fill a large pot, preferably a dutch oven, with water. Depending on the size on the pot,
fill it form to full with water.

2)

Cover the pot with a lid and place over high heat

3)

Leave the lid on the pot until the water comes to a rolling boil. The lid will allow the
water to heat up more quickly

4)

Remove the lid and add salt to the water when it reaches a boil.

5)

Removethe spaghetti from its packaging and break it in half.

6)

Add the spaghetti to the boiling water

7)

Allow the Spaghetti to cook for approximately 10 minutes, occasionally stirring it to


keep it from sticking check the spaghetti to seeif the its done. When the paste reaches
all dente, it will be firm the middle but chewy

Empty the contens of the pot into the colander to drain the liquid.

9)

Add a small amount of olive oil the paste and toss.

Serve with your favorite souce

CRISPY HASH BROWN RECIPE

Ingredients :
3 tbsp olive oil, canola oil or grape seed oil
1 1b russel backing potatoes, peeled and grated, salt and pepper.
Intructions :
1)

Heat 3 tbsp of oil in a large frying pan on medium heat

Squeeze out as much moisture as you can from the grated potatoes. Its easier to do this
with potatoes sicer. Its you dont have it, you can as paper towel to squeeze it.

3)

Add the grated potatoes on the hot frying pan, spread them out along the bottom on the
pan. Sprinkle some salt and pepper on the potatoes, if they have been fried to golden
brown. The are ready for a flip. Continue to cook until they are golden brown at the
bottom. put them on the serving plate. serve for 4 people.

HOW TO MAKE BAKED PEACH FRENCH TOAST

What you need :

Brown sugar
Butter
1 c peaches
1 c cornbread (crumbled)
Bread of choice
2 Eggs
2 3 milk
1 tsp vanilla

Steps :
1)

Mix brown sugar, butter, and cornbread in a saucaepean

2)

Slice your peaches

3)

Place the slices of bread side by side (like a grid) on top of the peaches

4)

Mix eggs, milk and vanilla for about 1 minute

5)

Cover and bake for half an hour at 350 degrees

6)

Finished
