CHEESE and PICKLE JAFFLE.

4 Slices of bread
2 slices of cheddar cheese
2 slices of Mozzarella cheese
4 Slices Dill Pickle
Salt and pepper to taste
Method.
Place 1 slice of both Cheddar and Mozzarella and 2 slices Dill Pickle between 2 slices
of bread.
Place the sandwiches in the jaffle iron and cook over hot coals for 2 mins each side.
Can be cooked in a frying pan over a stove top.
