The document discusses planning processes for product development within an organization. It describes how product development must be based on targets from both the organization's system and its external environment. It also discusses how the relationships and processes within the organizational system change over the stages of development and how process structures can be used to describe the dynamic flow of information processes.

The actual content of the product development activity to be developed is the
property system. The product development activities will be carried out as part of a product development organization, the so-called system of action, existence sociotechnical system represents. Product development must be based on targets derived from the action on the one hand system, on the other hand its surroundings. The total amount of the targets is called a target system. Thus is realized in a system of action according to a target system.
Process structure to describe dynamic aspects
The relationships between the elements - essentially in the form of Communication processes and social relations - as well as the tangible processes of individual members to fulfill the tasks change over the timing of the stages of development and are very diverse (see Figure 29). The processes as targeted state changes of information by generating and transmission give the dynamic aspect of the action system again, which has been referred to in Chapter 2.2.1.2 with process structure. The process structure describes the dynamic flow of processes within an entity structure that is created by the organization of internal and external employees in the departmental and project organization.
