Romeo & Juliet (2013)


a) Overview
Two wealthy families, the Montagues and Capulets, have
been feuding for centuries. A young Montague, Romeo,
sneaks into a Capulet party and falls in love with Lord
Capulets daughter, Juliet. Soon enough, they agree to
marry despite their families conflict. Juliets father soon
forces Juliet to marry Count Paris. Juliet uses a potion to
fake death to avoid the marriage, however Romeo suicides
as he believes Juliet is dead. Juliet suicides upon realising
Romeo is dead too. Their funeral is held together and the
feud between Capulets and Montagues finally reconcile.

2. Gnomeo and Juliet (2011)
a) Overview
Two families are in conflict with each other, and so are the
gnomes in their gardens. Both in search of a flower,
Gnomeo, a blue gnome, and Juliet, a red gnome, meet each
other and soon fall in love. While their families continue
battling with each other, Gnomeo and Juliet constantly
meet. Soon, the conflict between the families escalated to
a massive war, and Gnomeo and Juliet are believed to have
died in it. The two families end their feud, before Gnomeo
and Juliet are found to be alive.

3. Warm Bodies (2013)
a) Overview
Humans and zombies are at conflict with each other.
Zombies cannot speak and are incapable of emotion unless
they consume brains. R, a zombie, rescues a human girl,
Julie, and after they connect with each other for a while,

Julie notices R is changing. Julies father eventually shoots


R, where Julie notices he is bleeding, signifying him
becoming human. In the end, zombies join human society
due to their now existent human qualities.
